What They Do:
At present, they do not teach actual yoga "exercise" classes. Their teachings, events, seminars and meditations based on the principles of Sat Yoga.

They prefer to give the physical address, and a map, to those who write or call first. They ask people to attend one of their monthly Satsangs, so they get to know more the philosophy of Sat Yoga and decide if they resonate with its vision.

If you want to start sooner, by joining one of the Monday meditation courses, you are of course invited. Please confirm. The Monday course begins at 7pm, there will be a short teaching at the beginning by Shunyamurti (who is the main teacher and founder of the Institute), followed by a 45-60 minute meditation, ending with a group discussion.
